Default Stacking AP and PFull with stack question

I couldnt find anything about using Superpump by gaspari nutrit. while on AP and PFull.

This is what my stack looks like:

0745: 1 AP
0800: Breakfast (oatmeal and a shake)
0900: 2 PFull
1100: Lunch #1 (usually chicken or fish and rice)
1400: Lunch #2 (same but switch meat)
1645: 1 AP
1700: Lunch #3 (same as #1)
1800: 3 PFull and 2 scoops of Gaspari SuperPump
1830: workout 45-60 min
1930: post workout shake(Nitrotech Hardcore) with 5 grams creatine added
2145: 1 AP
2200: last meal of day
2300: 2 PFull

I read somewhere on here that taking Gaspari SizeOn while on AP is not good since it spikes insulin with ALA thats in it. So I stopped doing that and went to just some plain Prolab Creatine Mono included in my post workout shake.

Anyone see any problems with the above stack and timing of taking each? Since I read about the insulin spike and how it affect the AP, I kinda got scared and want to make sure Im taking full advantage of the USP products. Not sure if there is anything in the Nitrotech Hardcore or the Gaspari SuperPump that would make the PFull or AP less effective......

any comments or suggestions are welcome.

thank you.

Your scheduling is fine. Furthermore, you can use SizeON; just make sure that you have an hour in between taking Anabolic Pump and SizeON.

I would also like to say to any of the people that have not tried AP, THEY SHOULD!
I was skeptical about this product, but I read alot about it before the purchase and "took a chance" on it.

Glad I did. I never really "felt" any supplement working until now. The Gaspari products are great in what they are and what they do, but after taking the AP for 3 weeks........ Nothing else compares.

Not sure if this is where to put things like this or not, but I think if someone is coming to your site and looking on the forums for info from real world users (like I did), I hope that they open this post up and take my advice. Get on this stuff! Its amazing.

Well, insulin spike comes from simple carbohydrates. I would rather see you use complex carbohydrates with Anabolic Pump to get the best recomposition effects.
