Default Need a Stack

Dear UsPlbas:
I been reading a lot of good things about your products to the point where i want to give them a try and figure out for myself. I have never used any of your products so i want to see if you can help me build a good stack that suits best to my goals.
Im 5-9, 198lb and 24 yrs old. My goal is currently fat loss and leaning out while keeping muscle or even increase it a bit more as i cut if at all possible. What products do you recommend?? Would recreate do the trick?, I also heard great things about AP, pslin, powerfull, but like i said, i am not very knowledgeable or familiar to the product.
Anyhow, thanks for any further help and feedback.

Ok. With your diet/goals and no Carbs later on in the day i would recommend ReCreate and AP.

Take the AP 15 mins before your breakfast (6-45am) and then again 15 mins before your Post workout meal (12-45pm).
The ReCreate i would go with 2 Capsules before breakfast and then 1 Capsule in the afternoon between meals 3 and 4. Start with 1 capsule ReCreate before breakfast for a couple of days before upping it to 2 capsules.

If you can afford it then PowerFULL would also be a good addition and will give you some very good restful sleep for recovery too. If you go with the PowerFULL too then take 1-2 capsules around 30 mins before your workout and 2 capsules before you go to bed.

If you can't afford to go with the PowerFULL then the AP and ReCreate will help you in your fat loss goals whilst maintaining muscle.

Thanks for the input. But i was wondering, does anabolic pump has an specific time in between doses that it has to be taken in consideration??? The thing is that i wish i could do pslin on my preworkout meal (meal 2 on my schedule) so that i can experience the pump effect everyone talks about, but i dont know if this is ok or even possible. I would definitely raise the carbs to the 60-100g at that meal if needed. Let me know what you think

Cheers

If you want to use P-Slin before your pre-workout meal, go for it!

Awesome, By the way,got some more questions
First, the pslin is supposed to be done on workout days only but i workut 4-5 days per week usually in a 2 day on 1 day off 3 day on 1 day off fashion. So is this fine with pslin (5 doses per week) or should i limit it to only few workout days???

Also, is it fine if i do mixed carbs with the pslin?? someting like 60g complex plus 20g of simple on my preworkout meal (meal 2) with the pslin?? MY new meal 2 would be
1-2 yolks plus 10-12oz of egg whites for protein and fat
beans and potatoes boiled in water for complex carbs
1--2 tbsp strawberry jam or 2 slices of bread for simple carbs (not too sure if bread is a simple carb)
aiming for a ratio
40g P/60-100g C/6-12g F (from the yolk of eggs)

Thanks
