About to being the Asteroid Stack.
Can I stack the above with my current products below? If not, please tell me which to cut out and how to intergrate the three USP products Below does not include meals (3) Wake Up - 4:20am - take one Viper (fat burner) 4:30 - one scoop of Jacked 4:40 - cup of coffee on the way to gym 5:00 - 6:30 - work out sipping Recoup two scoops Finish cardio at 7:00 am - two scoops Reoup 7:20 - 54 grams of Isolyse Whey Protein with Cytocarb mixed in CLA with tonalin with all meals + Mulit vitamins PM one Viper mid day 9:30pm - one scoop Casein protein 10:00 prior to bed - one scoop Somotomax |

somatomax, ahaa, haven't seen that one for awhile..
no issues with anything you are using interacting w/ A-Stack, assuming the Recoup you speak of is Dymatize BCAA blend. there is a fasted training protocol I use that would be beneficial for you to follow..I'll post with your chosen supps in the mix: wake, take AP, 3 PF, Viper 15min later, begin sipping BCAA mix (Recoup for you) [*this should be a powder mix like PurpleWraath or Xtend, and total consumption should be based on this formula: bodyweight x .2g = total BCAA consumption pre/intra/postworkout] 15min later, begin training -- after having consumed 1/3 of BCAA drink to this point drink another 1/3 of mix by halfway point of workout at completion of training, finish last 1/3 of drink, and take another AP cap 15min later, have postWO nutrition/breakfast while I use this particular schematic primarily for fat-loss, this will work for you to build muscle as well; protecting muscle stores/aid in recovery/induce growth due to AP's inducing fatty oxidization for energy..this will protect precious muscle tissue in a fasted state, and the BCAA's will act in synergism for this aspect as well as providing nutrients to cellular tissue. waiting the 15min to eat after training will allow further absorption of aminos due to increased bloodflow, without disrupting the process by eating and hence directing bloodflow to the gut for digestion. you can also run the Prime 69 Protocol: 6 caps Prime on non-trainng days (2 caps@3 meals) and 9 caps on training days (3x3 dosing w/ meals)..also, your other PowerFULL dose would come at bedtime, empty stomach..2 other AP doses prior to carb-containing meals.

Can I continue with my Jacked prior to first Recoup dose? Also...Somatomax is ok? (best sleep known to man) ALSO....ok not to take a day off from all products? Previously....you had recomended a 10 week stack...that still true? Last edited by hjschneider; 11-13-2009 at 03:40 PM.. |

i am about to start the asteroid stack as well and have some questions about dosing. i weigh 165 and i am looking to gain strength as well as lean muscle mass. my goal is to bulk up to about 185-190 lbs and then cut the fat.
i wake up at 6 am and usually eat my meals at 6:30am, 9:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 6 pm, and then i go to bed at 10 pm. i workout from about 2:30 pm to 4 or 4:30 pm. just wondering what would be the most effective times to take prime, pump, and powerfull with this schedule? |
