whats intense is taht this guy still does reps in 1 arm chinups...he has done a one arm chinup hold for almost 15mins....

biggest arms i have EVER seen at 154lbs

Taking a little recovery rest right now for the elbows. That tournement took a lot out of me....should be back into the gym very shortly. I am still maintaining my ArmWrestling practices and have doubled them per week in order to prep for the Worlds next year.

most inspirational ArmWrestler I have ever met...great person and great competitor. Only wish he was closer so we could train together...

Preacher EZ Bar Partial Curls
115lbx12, 115lbx12, 115lbx12, 115lbx10

Preacher DB Partial Hammer Curls
40lbx15, 45lbx12, 45lbx12, 45lbx8

Rope pulls Palms Down elbows out
57lbx5, 65lbx5, 67lbx5, 67lbx5

Rope Pulls Palms Up elbows out
105lbx3, 105lbx3, 105lbx3

1-Arm Chin-up Holds
2 Sets - 20 secs each arm

Standing Rolling Thunder Wrist Curls
47lbx15, 47lbx15, 47lbx12, 47lbx12

1-Arm DB Toss (20lbs)
2 sets of 15 reps

1-Arm Plate Toss (35lbs)
2 Sets 12 reps

1-Arm Chin-up Holds
1 set 10 secs

Felt great throughout....my holding power is increasing by the minute!...this routine will take me to the gold medal at the Worlds!

Arm-Wrestling Practice

wasnt a bad ArmWrestling practice tonight..left arm felt awesome...wrist was really strong..right wrist has been a little over trained...stamina was really good...working a lot in the hook position lately....

I have a few minor competitions coming up soon. nothing really special...they are just all training for me to prep for the Worlds Nov 2010...thats my long term goal...everything in-between is just a speedbump...

started running tonight..defiantely wasnt anything special..lol..

20mins - 2.2 miles...

Just looking at building a base for running next year during my cut phase...
