Default Eating with Recreate

Hello,

I recently purchased this product as I heard great things about it. My question today is simple.

The instructions for the morning and afternoon dosage seem clear to me. However, their is a part that says "or before an afternoon workout on an empty stomach." Is it recommended with this product that your workout with only this in your stomach or can I eat something prior to working out? I'm sure I would probably vomit with only these in my stomach.

Hope the question doesn't seem to trivial. And thanks for any help and suggestions.

Regards,
Joe

not at all, glad to clarify..
first off, you need to realize that we generally recommend eating 1.5hrs before you begin training. in this scenario, 1hr following your preWO meal, you would take 2 RC, then train 30min later..RC is not designed to be a harsh supplement, so you should incur no issues with this method.
I have used RC extensively with fasted training/cardio upon rising, consuming 2 caps and training 15-30min later on empty stomach, no issues whatsoever.
if you don't like that method, simply take your doses 20-30min prior to 2 feedings daily instead.
