Default acai berry supp with green tea extract + Recreate-dosing ?

Hey guys,

I just picked up Recreate today along with an acai berry product that contains green tea. Are these two safe to take together? Or should they be dosed a few hours apart?

thnx

taking acai is like taking a multivitamin with green tea. you dont need to dose them differently. IF you got anything other than the concentrate of the acai, its not worth getting. Acai is just a fruit.

You can take them at the same time.

yeah the majority of the acai products on the market are ridiculous, low-amounts that will not do anything for you for fat-loss..Oprah bastardizes about everything she touches, I swear -- she comes out and says this is her new fat-loss aid (latest flavor of the month ) and everybody goes acai-crazy..what ppl don't put together is, she comes out and says that stuff because her supplement company (Harpo -- Oprah spelled backwards) is selling an acai product, and she's trying to boost sales.
acai is a legitimate anti-oxidant, but not on the level some seem to think it is..I'd rather have resveratrol myself.

OK, great. I did not know it was supposedly a fat burner too. I was just taking it for health reasons. I have recreate for all my fat burning needs

that's the ticket -- view acai as a decent antioxidant to be taken for health reasons, nothing more.
as for Recreate..
