Why is Recreate THE Hottest Thermogenic On The Market Today?
Well, that’s easy, because it flat out works. But let’s dive into exactly what Recreate is and what makes it so unique from all those other “thermogenics” that are nothing but a bunch of harsh stimulants and window dressing… Recreate, as a potent fat-burning matrix, is designed to have a three-step approach to adipose decimation: 1. The prevention of fatty acid and triglyceride (the actual substances of “fat tissue”) synthesis. 2. The direct and potent induction of lipolysis (the breakdown of fat). 3. Massively increasing fatty acid oxidation (the use of fat to fuel the body). Let us review how this scientifically designed formula works together through every single step to produce the most potent weight management product on the market. Step 1 - Preventing Fat Synthesis: We have all heard the term “fat burning”, and heralded as the first and last step of achieving a ripped physique, but is it? Let me use an example: we would certainly say that firefighters are the first, best, and last defense against fires, but is preventing fires in the first place not a better solution? It certainly is, and we apply the same premise to fat destruction here. What we call “fat”, is actually a matrix of cells known as adipocytes that have a tendency – an imperative, really – to accumulate a gelatinous-type tissue, made up of “triglycerides”. Now, triglycerides themselves are comprised of one molecule of glycerol, and two molecules of fatty acids, and these are bound together through certain enzymes – the chief one being glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (definitely a mouthful). Essentially, glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase is an enzyme that catalyzes a series of reactions that lend a glycerol-3-phosphate backbone [a sugar backbone] to plasma fatty acids, and thereby resulting in the chief substance of fat itself: triglycerides. Here is the kicker: certain ingredients in Recreate have been shown to potently and efficiently lower levels of both glycerol-3-phosphate and glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase in both adipose [fat] and muscle tissue! In layman’s terms, this means Recreate is literally preventing your body from creating fat. However, given how effective Recreate is at step two, step one is almost unnecessary! Step 2 – Inducing Lipolysis: In the unlikely event that your body surpasses Recreate’s potent first-defense against fat formation, it is equipped with powerful ingredients to reverse this process! As said before, the synthesis of triglycerides begins with a series of reactions catalyzed by glycerol-3-phosphate and glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase that ultimately lead to the binding of one glycerol molecule with two fatty acid molecules to form triglycerides; as with most things, this catalytic reaction is reversible! The process under which triglyceride synthesis is reversed is known as “lipolysis” – lipolysis literally means the hydrolyzation [interjection of water] of triglycerides by lipases [enzymes we will discuss later] to form FFAs [free floating fatty acids]. Essentially, Recreate is a veritable dynamo in this regard, because it embodies the term synergy, by inducing and maintaining lipolysis in two primary steps: a) The body induces lipolysis as a means to provide energy through the actions of several hormones, with norepinephrine and epinephrine being the most potent lipolysis inducers; Recreate contains compounds that are almost chemically identical to norepinephrine – we arrive at step one. b) The body then regulates the function of the lipases we spoke about earlier [enzymes responsible for breaking up triglycerides] through the adenylatecyclase - cAMP pathway. Certain hormones, like norepinephrine we spoke about earlier, activate certain intracellular receptors that boost adenylate cyclase levels; adenylate cyclase, in turn, increases intracellular cAMP levels, which then in turn up-regulates protein kinase A and several of the lipases responsible for lipolysis. Now, if wasn’t enough that Recreate would create this process by virtue of its norepinephrine mimicker alone, it also contains an ingredient which massively increases intracellular cAMP levels, independent of norepinephrine, and therefore lipase levels – here we are at step two. So, again, in more basic terms, step two amounts to Recreate literally breaking apart the tissues that comprise fat and “liberating” them into the bloodstream! Step 3 – Burning the “Fat” Finally, once lipolysis has occurred, FFAs [free floating fatty acids] enter the bloodstream bound to albumin [because they are hydrophobic – i.e., repel water] for transport to metabolically active tissues – i.e., to tissues that need fuel for metabolism. Unfortunately, your body loves to hold on to fat [because it is such a high yield energy source] and has several mechanisms in place here to prevent fatty acid betaoxidation [literally the burning of fat], and catalyze the conversion of fatty acids back into triglycerides. However, and as you have guessed by now, Recreate’s specifically designed formula has equally as powerful, equally as potent mechanisms to counter this! Specifically, Recreate contains ingredients which are commonly known to down-regulate the enzymes responsible for preserving fatty-acids [glycerol-3-phosphate, and malonyl-CoA, for example] while simultaneously up-regulating compounds that admit fatty acids into the mitochondria to be oxidized! If this were not enough, Recreate also intrinsically regulates Thyroid function both directly [by increasing the conversion of the inactive thyroid hormone to the active one] and indirectly [cAMP regulates thyroid output], thereby increasing the amount of thyroid hormone available for oxidizing fatty acids! But what does this “oxidizing fatty acids and triglycerides business actually amount to, though? This my friends, is the actually “burning” portion of fat burning. It means that Recreate is causing your cells to burn the fat it liberated through Step Two into a viable energy source – that is right, Recreate actually makes your body use fat as energy! Now that the scientific mumbo-jumbo is out of the way, let us say this: Users agree that Recreate is by far and away the most potent and most effective weight management product on the market, and this effectiveness does not come at the cost of your health or wallet. In several years on the market, Recreate has NOT been the subject of health concerns or adverse side effect reports. And yes, the reports you may have seen ARE true; Recreate has been returned by a customer for being too effective! Recreate is truly designed to destroy fat from multiple pathways without a ton of caffeine and other harsh stimulants. Section 2 – What Recreate is NOT! Our human minds have the tendency to categorize things – that is, label them, define them and understand them in comparison to other things around us; it helps us to understand their nature. Sometimes, though, the best way to illuminate the nature of a thing is to describe what other things it is not, what categories it does not fit into. Recreate is just such an example! So, allow us to tell you three things that Recreate most certainly is not. Recreate is not harmful. Much of these so-called “fat burners” contain potentially harmful ingredients that can increase blood pressure, lower insulin sensitivity and lead to hot flashes, jitters, and lack of sleep – certainly not beneficial things to your body! Recreate contains no such ingredients, and it’s safe. Recreate is not illegal. It has often been said that the only good compounds in the fitness world are illegal – Recreate not only breaks that mould, but smashes through it. Recreate’s ingredients are completely legal for sale, use, and distribution. Recreate is not just another energy pill. In large part, the supplement industry has lost its way in regard to fat-loss technology: so-called “fat burners” do nothing of the sort, and are nothing more than kitchen-sink formulas chalk full of Caffeine and stimulants. They are meant to mask the fact they are ineffective for actual fat loss, and, at times, potentially harmful. Recreate is the complete opposite: it is specifically and scientifically designed to liberate and incinerate fat stores, and nothing else – no useless energy pill here. In sum, Recreate is nothing but Recreate itself – simply, one of a kind.

Casey,
Thanks for the informative post regarding Recreate. I will pass this information to my coworkers and use it as selling points to my diet and energy customers.

Casey, I've written before with some questions about RC and other USP Labs products. I'm on my sixth week of using RC and although I'm still seeing results, I've been feeling more and more sluggish. The first four weeks, I felt good and was able to do both cardio and weights, but now I can't do much cardio at all because I don't seem to have the energy. I'm also more tired during the day (I work out in the late afternoon/evening). I'm following the dosing schedule exactly as directed. Is this common? This is my second time using RC and I recall that I had the same experience the first time I used it. I used it for eight weeks, then cycled off for four weeks, then cycled back on and I'm in my sixth week. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if this is common. Any suggestions?

are you lowering your caloric intake progressively as well during this time? that would be my troubleshoot for you..I don't believe the issue is coming from RC, not a common feedback.

No, I haven't really changed my diet. I take in about 2,000 calories per day. Some days maybe a little more, some days a little less, but I generally stick to 2,000 calories. In the past, the only way I've really been able to shed any weight is by going down to 1,500 calories or below, but I can't sustain that for very long because I don't have enough energy to make it through the day. Do you think I should be eating more?

possibly..if you have been on a set low-cal diet for an extended period of time, without any re-feed days, your body is more than likely adjusting to your consistency and storing more to fat stores rather than releasing for oxidization (energy). I would guess you have seen a progressive slowing of fat/weight loss as well, which is natural to an extent but also indicative of this scenario.
time to shake things up..change up the macros, put in an extra meal (@400-500cals) tonight..something that will kick start your metabolism again. RC is an awesome compound, but other things play a part in this as well.

I'm curious about the results that Recreate can bring, in tangible terms.
So suppose I currently maintain a body fat percentage of 20%. My calorie intake is such that Im not gaining or losing fat. Working out 4 days a week, assume no muscle gain. What bf percent can just the addition of recreate do for me? thanks |
