Default One Question.
if i only take one recreate 30min before breakfast how long does it stay in your system. i wont be taking any more the next 2-3 days cause im coming down with a cold. i took the RC at 9:30am breakfast at 10am, when is it out of my system and im able to take my cold medicine?

i've never had any issues with cold meds while on rc.
