Weeks 2 and 3 with recreate

My body fat % went from 22.1 to 18.7 measured electronically by a trainer. Measured 22.1 at the end of the 1st week and 18.7 at the end of the 3rd week. The scale says I only lost 3 lbs, I strongly disagree. Results are from 10/6 to 10/25. I must have been 25% on day one. My goal is 10%, I guess it will be achieved within the next 45 days easily.

I'm going to take a second and third bottle then try AP!

Is there any other way to change a omron scale 4%? I think It was done honestly!

We want to lose body fat and retain/gain muscle so like Dex said, amazing results!
