I've been using recreate (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) now for about 2 and a half weeks along with cell-tech's hardcore creatine and gnc whey bolic extreme 60. I want to lose about 10 pounds (keep the muscle and lose the fat) but I have gained about 3 pounds, could the creatine and the protein be the cause of this. I am going to the gym 5 days a week for at least 2 and a half hours per day and eating right. Does anyone have any idea's why?

lol..cell-tech is the obvious thing that stands out here. this is pure dextrose. sugar is the first thing you need to avoid while trying to shed weight/fat.
I suspect there are other issues in your diet as well..perhaps you should read this: Nutrition: Everything you wanted to know and how to build the perfect diet!

the reason I posted that link for you, was due to how you phrased your question.. Quote:

Recreate adds muscle to me for some reason, the people at the vitaminshoppe explained it. |
