Default Recreate and weight gain

I've been using recreate (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) now for about 2 and a half weeks along with cell-tech's hardcore creatine and gnc whey bolic extreme 60. I want to lose about 10 pounds (keep the muscle and lose the fat) but I have gained about 3 pounds, could the creatine and the protein be the cause of this. I am going to the gym 5 days a week for at least 2 and a half hours per day and eating right. Does anyone have any idea's why?

lol..cell-tech is the obvious thing that stands out here. this is pure dextrose. sugar is the first thing you need to avoid while trying to shed weight/fat.
I suspect there are other issues in your diet as well..perhaps you should read this:

once you understand the effect of sugar/simple carbs on the body, and the insulin response to that, you also have to understand that protein is the most thermogenic of the macronutrients (i.e. carbs/fat/protein) we consume..for every gram of protein we ingest, 30% of it is burned by the body to digest it! so, it follows that Wheybolic (which is a fine protein btw) would not cause weight gain, and in fact would promote lean muscle while also aiding in bodyfat reduction.
many ppl do not realize that -- all supplementation and exercise aside here -- the two keys in losing weight/fat are:

1) reduced caloric intake (take in less energy [i.e. food] than what we expend), and
2) macronutrient proportion..a very effective daily split would be 25-30% carbs, 50% protein, and 20-25% fat.

after that, there are many variable factors, but this is a good premise with which to start.
