Default 1 week

ive been using this product for 1 week! i saw a weight decrease the first 4 days then began to see a slight weight gain... i take 1 pill b4 breakfast then again b4 my evening work out. this product give me energy with a decreased appetite. my diet is fairly good! am i doing anything wrong?

Default diet

well, i wake up to cereal, snack on carrot sticks, apples ect. for lunch a have a turkey sandwich... and for dinner a salad.

Fat loss is something that requires accuracy and dedication. If that is all you're eating then you should not be seeing weight gain at all.

A deeper analysis may have to be done so please provide us with a more detailed diet that contains exactly what you eat, how much you eat, when you eat, when and how long you train and what you do for training.

Cardio and diet is way more important than any fat burner. Once you have cardio and diet perfected, Recreate greatly increases the speed of fat loss.
