Bleeding?
Hey, New to Recreate... started taking it 5 days ago. Now when i go to use the bathroom to defecate i discover my rectum starts to bleed and a seems almost like i am constipated. The bleeding is not constant. Wanted to know if any one has had this issue with Recreate before because that is the only thing that has changed.

no, not attributed to RC at all.
if you are constipated, perhaps your diet needs to be examined..bleeding in combination with constipation could indicate a hemorrhoid. you may want to see your doctor.
