Default dropping recreate

I am dropping recreate as I have seen no benefit. I am still using some of the other products though. I wanted to like this product and liked that it didn't have all the side effects as other weight loss sups, but it really didn't do anything. I lost more body fat when I did jack 3d, AP, and powerfull together and that is what I'm going to switch back too.

Default did everything the same

Good diet and cardio. I was doing great until I dropped the jack 3d and added the recreate. Then the loss was extremely marginal. May have been better if I dropped the complex carbs but then I wouldn't be taking the anabolic pump, but my diet never changed.

Default typical diet

morning is usually oatmeal or whole grain cereal.
mid morn snack: protein bar
lunch: grilled chicken sandwhich or whole grain pasta
mid aft/ pre workout, almonds turkey w/whole grain bread
dinner: steak, chicken, or pork with legumes or whole grain rice.

This is an average meal, of course it varies but not very far. I have been happy with the other products but I really feel as this does nothing.
