Hey guys I'm new to the forum. Just picked up some Recreate, Anabolic Pump, and Prime today cuz i heard its an awesome stack. Well, I took the AP and recreate before i hada meal as directed, and lo and behold had an allergic reaction to something. They told me that if i take them again and have a reaction, it could be really bad. But like an idiot, I plan on trying them one at a time to see which one caused the reaction. I think it was the Recreate, simply because it has more obscure ingredients. What do you guys think I probably had a reaction to? THanks so much!!

oops! yea that would probably help sorry. well about 15 min after i took them i started sneezing nonstop and then i noticed my body was getting quite itchy. the sneezing went away, but the itching did not. so then i started eating and i noticed a couple things: i couldnt open my eyes fully anymore, my heart was racing, and i was abnormally warm. so i got up to check out the eye situation and discovered my face all puffed out and red/blotchy, hives all over the rest of my body (which eventually just turned into a giant rash).

i just dont see how i could be allergic to P-Insulin or the other ingredients in anabolic pump. i dont know for sure, but since there are more ingredients in recreate im thinking theres a better chance that it casued the reaction. idk tho

ah damn. think its a bad idea to try and take one (by itself) and see if i picked the right one? i have the prime still, but my main concern was fat loss so i want to take at least the AP or Recreate as well. i just dont want to take it and have my throat swell up or anything. russian roulette haha. i just figured it was one of the weird cacti in the Recreate to be honest, but it could be the berberine idk. what would you do in my situation?

I too had an allergic reaction. I didn't think it was related to this product but I hadn't taken any more just to be on the safe side. I'm saddened that this could be the cause but I'm not sure what else to think.
I took 1 dose about a week before I started a very intense workout routine. My schedule was very hectic that week and decided to not take any more of the Anabolic Pump, until I had started to workout. I haven't taken anything since the 1 dose. Anyhow about 30 minutes after my workout my right tonsil swelled, but no other symptom of being sick. I just figured I would see white spots eventually but nothing. And also the tonsil was quite active and doing it's job. I have a great immune system by the way and I use my tonsils as a guage for my well being. Anyhow, the next afternoon I noticed my feet had been itchy. I scratched as I always do not realizing it was a rash. But scratching wasn't enough, so I took off my socks and noticed my feet were covered with a rash of some kind on the top of the feet. This is very unusual for me, but I still thought nothing of it. I just figured it was my socks or shoes. That night the rash began to spread. I am now covered head to toe with a very itchy rash. I'm also on antibiotics for the swollen tonsils, and no ointment seems to be working. I am trying a combination of a prescription cream the doctor gave me, cortizone, and calamine, and nothing seems to be doing the trick. It's almost a week now and I think my symptoms are finally getting less and the rash is not as bad as it originally was. |

Well it's been about a week now since the reaction and the rash is getting much better. I'm almost certain it's berberine, based on my history of allergies to some plant life, and the fact that people who have been injected directly with berberine seems to be 40-50% of them have a reaction of some sort.
The only bad news is that benedryl doesn't help much, and neither do most creams. It helps, but I was still very itchy even on benedryl, and covered head to toe with caladryl, cortizone 10, and a prescription cream. If you do develop a rash my best advise is a cold shower. It helped the most of anything I tried. A warm shower only seems to feed the rash and make it stronger. Try applying a cold compress to the most affected areas and you will probably see a tremendous decrease. Hope this helps! |
