Looks like i have developed tolerence for this product .... i still get some energy but not as much as a month ago ....
hunger dosent go away as well... do you think i can increase the dose to 3 caps twice dail or 2 caps thrice dail? an suggestions ,,, i used it only for 4 weeks and slo used to take sat adn sun off 5 day on two day off ...please suggest.... Thanks |

yeah that's an option.
in order for that to be effective, however, the diet must be on point; it also takes CLA a long time to do it's thing..this is a legitimate peripheral supp option, just not at the top of the list IMO.

As usual I am with Snags here. However I do add in Yohimbine on occasion. ALCAR would be great, that is the carnitine he was suggesting. Also there really isn't too much stim in RC so you getting used to the that part of it makes sense. The Forslean in RC makes it want to burn fat predominantly over carbs and blood sagar, you dont really have to feel anything from the pill for that part of it to keep working. You also wont feel anything stim like from the anti cotrtisol ingredient yet it will keep you from going catabolic and limit fat deposits in the abdomen.
What are your ratios on your nutrients, you may want to lower carbs a little and add in more healthy fats and you can see a huge difference. Not ketosis or anything but a nice 50 protien 25% of both of the others is great for leaning up and still having lots of punch for your workouts. |
