Default Is it the Recreate or Anabolic Pump that did it?

Two weeks ago i started taking Jacked, Anabolic Pump, and Recreate. I went from 300 to 270 in those two weeks. My max has gone down in my bench and squat but not by much though. Which one helped the most, Recreate or Anabolic Pump? Also, Im trying to get to a solid 240 as far as a goal or get to 220 and just build up solid muscle but since I have lost the weight i feel like i have lost a good bit of muscle. What do you recommend that I should do to reach my goals? what should I add or take out? I would like to reach my goal in 12-15 weeks.

Schedule:
6:00 - Wake up and take 1 scoop of jacked
6:15 - walk for 30 mins
6:45 - workout
8:00 - 1 anabolic pump and 2 recreate
8:15 - 4 egg whites, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1200 mg of omega 3, 1500mg of CLA
11:00 - 1 scoop of Lean Mass Builder by ADS, 1200 mg of omega 3, 500mg of CLA
13:45 - 1 anabolic pump and 2 recreate
14:00 - 6-8oz of chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, 1200 mg of omega 3, 1500mg of CLA
17:00 - 1 scoop of Lean Mass Builder by ADS, 1200 mg of omega 3, 500mg of CLA
19:45 - 1 anabolic pump
20:00 - Some type of protein, 900 mg omega 3, 1000 of CLA

IMO -- altho the diet structure itself looks fairly sound (except for taking the AP with protein & fats only @ 20:00, and the glaring lack of veggies in the mix! ), your cals are wayyy too low..you'll stall out your metabolism without any refeeds in that kind of diet. once you drop caloric intake to a certain point, you really have nowhere else to go..
30lbs weight-loss in 2 weeks..yeah, I bet you do feel like you lost some muscle.

I would recommend jacking up the caloric intake, say to 2500 or so, and then drop 50cals from the daily diet each week every MON..I would also continue with both the AP & RC.

many different things you can do..
personally I have great success with a 30/50/20 C-P-F split, then when I want to kick bf-loss up a notch I'll switch to 20/50/30 for a minute..
then you have what is known as ketogenic diets (basically 50-100g or less of carbs thru the day, then strategic hi-carb meals placed 2x weekly, usually before bed, as an addtl meal these days)..you can employ all of these methods if you choose (in that order as the diet goes along), and this way your metabolism never catches up to your diet, so you have continuous fat-loss.

I've had great success with Keto diets and Recreate together!

placement..that would not be the last meal of the day I would recommend for you. maybe move that to 1800, then have a mostly protein/good fat/low-to-no carb meal at 2000.
also, 1 AP would suffice at that meal.
