Ok Ill switch those two up and ill just take more fish oil with my 20:00 meal. My 15/24/5 meals are nitrocore 24, it seemed like the right protein for the 30/50/20 intake that you recommended.

Here's an update for you. I am now down to 262, my strength has increase slightly, and my appetite and dropped a good bit.
This up coming week I am adding Branched Chain Amino Acids 1800 (right before workout and before bed), Liquid L-Carnitine 1100 (with breakfast), and ZMA (before bed).

My appetite has gotten really bad. i haven't been able to finish any meals. i dont think i even got 1500 cal today. should i drop to 1 RC 2/day?
