Lightbulb Recreate with additional Supplements and Lifting weights with Cardio

I Just started taking Recreate yesterday following a 7 day colon cleanse which I was on. I lost 3 pounds from the colon cleanse and im down from 232 to 229. I am taking recreate according to the instructions on the bottle. One in the morning when I wake up and one 6-8 hours later on an empty stomach. Starting next week im going to up it to 3 pills instead of 2 and the following week 4 pills. I don't know if that's the best way to go as far as increasing my dosage of recreate. I also am taking hoodia, CLA, and an digestive enzyme in order to keep my body as clean as possible and maximize fat loss. I was wondering if this stack is the best way to go in order to maximize fat loss. As far as my diet is concerned I am eating a clean diet of complex carbs ,lean protein with lots of fruits and vegetables and for my last meal of the day im am not eating carbs what so ever. My workout plan consists of doing heavy weights 6 days a week and focusing on one body part per day paired along with 15 to 30 minutes of high intensity interval training cardio to ignite fat loss. Let me know if I can adjust any part of my diet/ workout/ dosage/ stack so I can see the best results.

I would not consider this a "colon cleanse" as this is a full body cleansing program. This program is much more subtle than a conventional colon cleanse would be and targets other major bodily systems.
