Default Proper Diet and Exercise with Recreate

Hello, I'm an 18 year old male weighing 145 and I've been on Recreate for just under 2 weeks now and have seen pleasing results. But it seems that I am sort of at a standstill; I don't notice anymore changes around my midsection or anywhere else. I wanted to know what sort of diet I should be on while taking this product.

Right now here is my routine:

I wake up around 8:40 am, take the recreate, and run approx. 30 minutes later (about 1.2 miles). Just before I go to work, I have some toast with peanut butter or butter and then go to work. I am a swim instructor at a camp, and eat lunch around 11:40. It usually consits of a salad and whatever they made for the day, it's usually pretty crappy so I have a larger salad, a small fruit salad, and a small amount of the lunch. I get out at 3 and take a Recreate when I get home and run again, about 2.3 miles and then do 3 different weight workouts (I do 9 different workouts in 3 days, in a continuous pattern). After the workout I make a 100% whey protein shake. I then have dinner later on, around 8:30 and that will be it for the night. Sometimes I may not even eat dinner, depending on the time of my workout or time of dinner.

Some days when I'm working in the afternoon or not at all, I wake up around 11:30/12:00 and do my running and workouts and use the protein shake as my first meal and wait until dinner to eat again.

SO my question is....what should my diet be like when I'm on Recreate? I do normally eat healthy, I just don't know the amount of food I should be intaking. Right now, I would say that I am intaking less than 1000 calories a day. How can I adjust my diet to get the maximum results?

your results have stalled because you are not eating enough, and have killed your metabolism..
1000 cals daily is ridiculously low.
also: never a good idea to go that long without a feeding, and skipping dinner is not acceptable.
I would recommend getting up to 1800-2000 cals daily, split over 5 feedings (none longer than 3.5-4hrs apart). proportion of protein should be high (50% of caloric intake), carbs/fats making up the other (25% each is a nice split).

Ok, thanks for the help. Are there any foods that I should definitely stay away from? Fruit, fruit juices etc...also, if I stack with anabolic pump, what modifications should I do to the diet information you just gave me? Thanks

stay away from sugars!
fruit okay for first 2 feedings, wouldn't have beyond that tho..I don't do fruit juices at all, just real fruit (bananas, grapefruit, blueberries and strawberries make up my consumption).
consume the majority of your carbs for the day surrounding workout, i.e. pre & postWO meals..also breakfast is great time for large carb serving, energy for the day + sets metabolism up right..
conversely, your meals closer to bed should be more protein/good fat based and lower in carbs, as you'll want to avoid these late carbs from getting stored as fat..body will utilize fats much better at this time as well..due to longer digestion time, also will aid in keeping catabolism at bay while you sleep.

would adding hot rox extreme to the recreate and anabolic pump stack i'm doing be safe to do or no?
what other supplement would you reccomend adding (if adding hot rox isn't ideal) that is strictly a fat burner? not fat burn/muscle gain...

you can add some green tea extract..l-carnitine is very helpful..Forslean is an interesting product..when I cut for competition, I'll use Beverly International's Lean Out (carnitine-based product) and 7-Keto MuscLEAN -- but these are finishing touches IMO, when you're hitting extreme low-bodyfat levels and need a little extra.

the AP/RC stack is very suitable for fat-loss/muscle retention; combined with a solid nutrition plan, really you shouldn't need anything else.
