I've read that ReCreate + CLA is a great combo. I take 1 B100-complex vitamin in the morning along with ReCreate and Ester-C. I now take also one additional Recreate (2/1 per day) in the afternoon before workout... should I take CLA at the same though or at a different time than i take ReCreate. I mean if they are synergistic then they work together to achieve the goal. But does it matter when and how?

I'd recommend taking CLA with meals, specifically breakfast, preWO, and dinner. Not same time with RC.
