I am presently taking Powerfull and am enjoying it. Previously I took Recreate and liked the cardio effect. Can I combine the two? How do I dose? Presently I take CoEnzymes (100 mg), vitamins, calcium(600 mg) and glucacosamine with MSM. Sometimes I work out in AM, sometimes PM. Thanks in advance for your help.

absolutely!
take 3 PF + 2 RC 30min prior to training on empty stomach. have your second dose 6-8hrs later, preferably 30min prior to a meal [for AM traininers] or upon rising 30min prior to breakfast [for PM trainers]. of course, have your second serving of PF prior to bed, on empty stomach as well!

How would you dose the Jacked? I have not done that yet. What are the effects?

I do 1-1.5 scoops of jacked and I take it along with my powerfull and recreate around 30 mins pre wo. this seems to work well for me. You kind of have to play around with the dose to find what works best for you depending how stim senstive you are.I would start at a half to one scoop at first and then go from there.

Effects include sick energy and focus, as well delaying fatigue and improving lactic acid buffering capacity (beta alanine), increase in cell volume and phosphorylation of ATP (Creatine mono), and an increase in blood vessel dilation as well as blood flow to the exercising muscle (AAKG). Word
