Default Recreate Safety

Is Recreate safe to take? Specifically, is it safe to have norepinephrine levels elevated 75 percent?

Yes, Recreate is completely safe as long as you follow the directions. Recreate is a relatively low stimulant product.

Default Thanks

Glad to hear it.
I like to take rhodiola rosea for focus and energy before workouts. Would that have any problematic interaction with Recreate?
Thanks for you help.

Default And another thing....

Sorry to keep bugging, but is Recreate OK to stack with Supercissus Rx (i'm trying to get rid of some ankle pain) or will that bring cortisol levels too low?

There would be no problematic interaction with stacking Recreate and rhodiola rosea. The only possible problem I can really think of is if you are stacking Recreate + a ton of stims. Stacking SuperCissus RX and Recreate is fine.

As dexterium mentioned, there should be no problems stacking Recreate with Rhodiola Rosea. Rhodiola rosea is by far one of my favourite multi-purpose herbs, and used pre-workout with Recreate, rhodiola rosea should beneficially trigger and support phosphocreatine/ATP synthesis, amongst others. Be sure, though, that you use Rhodiola Rosea extracted for 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides.

Please share your Recreate experience with us. How long did you run it? At what dosage?
