When to not take Powerfull?

Is it okay to take 3 caps of Powerfull before bed every night? Or should I take 1 to 2 nights off without it? I workout 6 days a week. Sunday is my only day off from the gym.

Ill be 33 in January. My mom is Philipino, from hard working stock. My father was Italian and Black Foot indian. I dont know if that helps. Ive always been, either huskey all my life or really overwieght.

I feel this is the best dosage at your age.
