squats last week 125x10,150x6,185x6,205x6, this week 175x8,175x8,195x6,225x5,245x2
leg press last week 180x8 4 sets this week 8x230,8x230, then i got this explosion of energy and rocked 320x12 then 410 X10 I'm not sure what leg press weighs in at so I didn't add that in I finished my work out with calf ext. and leg ext. and the 25min on the treadmill got home had a egg and wheat sandwich I was starveing I took 3 prime in the morning 2 recreate morning then 2 more recreate around 3pm 3 more prime around 5:30 and 3 powerful 5:30 hit the gym at 7pm I going to take 2 powerful around 10:00 and 2 prime at 9:30 another good day with positive results ![]() ![]() |

The recreate is to burn fat. Do you lose any muscle mass like you do with other fat burners taking that? I am 6'7 218. I have a little body fat. My goal is to gain weight and burn some body fat. Can I still put on lean mass while taking recreate? I am currently taking prime, powerfull, and anabolic pump.

just started takeing recreate to help burn some fat around the mid section I'm 5'10 my weight has gone from 245 to 240 for 1day(scale issues i think) to 248 i try to weigh in the morning I wish i could get down to 200 but I'm haveing a good time lifting heavy and eating a little more
