Default Thinking of taking 4 caps before bed?

I do not really see the point in taking pf before my workout and to be honest i just see it as a waste of a great product.

The biggest hgh release is an hour after you have gone to sleep.

so i was thinking of taking 4 capsules on an empty stomach before i go to bed.

the reason behind this as i feel it will create a bigger hgh release during the night.

is there anything worng in taking 4 capsules before i go to bed?

Well it is not that i do not see a point (even though that is what i said) it is more of the fact i could see more benefit from a night time dose than a pre training dose.

also i like to eat 30-60 minutes before training with carbs etc and again that will blunt the effects.

The benefits of taking PowerFull pre-workout are huge.
Basically think of the pre workout dose as setting up your body to recovery and grow faster, even while your training plus PowerFull enhances contractile strength and buffers lactic acids.. but If 2 or 3 pre-sleep is working for you I would keep it there..

What about the point he brought up about most of us eat 30-60 minutes before a workout. Is that going to put a damper on the benefits from the product? I am trying to gain weight, so I have to eat before a work out.

I think you can eat an hour before, then take it. Thats what I do.

i was wondering the thing.. the whole point of hgh release supps is for enhancing the hgh release which as mentioned the process happens best over night

if there any necessary or crucial reason why it must be taken as a pre workout sup ?

If you train hard enough you will feel HGH release almost immediatley after your workout... There have been countless times where i almost fell asleep in the tanning bed due to insane high weight high intensity workouts. Take it pre-workout and lift beyond failiur with a gym partner and you will know what im talking about. If you dont feel it, your not training hard enough IMO. Its impossible to do without a partner. PERIOD!
