Haha, I'm not even taking Powerfull, so I assume it's just a natural GH spike. I just finished a run of Prime about two weeks ago but right now it's just whey protein and a good diet, nothing else.

Danieltx13: yep that is exactly what i am talking about.
I am not taking PF, but after some high intensity high weight workouts i feel it, it kind of feels like PF when i took PF about 5 months ago. The way i figure, im still young enough. so id rather induce HGH via workout,, then throw PF in later on ![]() |
