IMO, that is not optimal. eat too close to training, and you do not have proper time to digest the food; as well, blood will still be drawn to the gut for digestion purposes 30min out from eating, rather than circulating those nutrients thruout your body (i.e. to muscle stores) when digestion is complete.
you guys talking about gh release at night, killing me..
do not confuse the 'best' time for gh release effectiveness to be the only time that it is beneficial..do you realize that certain training thresholds are what release gh in the body, barring any supplementation such as PF? so, why would you not want to put the body in gh-release mode (with concurrent increase in testosterone release) prior to training??
I am puzzled by this.

I see.. I've been thinking like that too before, but doing it pre-work out actually helps. I see a bigger difference. I've tried 4 at night too once, and i don't know.... i usually take prime/powerfull and some jack before lifting... even after eating shit feels great! i ran out of anabolic pump and i see the difference now.. my vascularity dissapeeared... it's different from N.O supplement too werid...

GH is good anytime, all the time. I want it during workouts, during sleep, and uh, well, all the time really. I think it is beneficial to have flowing through your system all day. Just my $.02

I've been noticing something like this the past few weeks during squats and deadlifts. Usually after two or three sets I'm standing there before the next one and all of a sudden out of nowhere I yawn and feel a bit tired. It never happens on other exercises, just squats and deadlifts, but I'm assuming it has something to do with GH release.

Yup, it will pass, your adjusting to a spike in HGH.
thats how you know its doing what the box says my friend!
Just know your getting some great benefits from it, are you taking it with Jack3d pre workout as well?

Haha, I'm not even taking Powerfull, so I assume it's just a natural GH spike. I just finished a run of Prime about two weeks ago but right now it's just whey protein and a good diet, nothing else.

Danieltx13: yep that is exactly what i am talking about.

I am not taking PF, but after some high intensity high weight workouts i feel it, it kind of feels like PF when i took PF about 5 months ago. The way i figure, im still young enough. so id rather induce HGH via workout,, then throw PF in later on
