I am currently taking no shotgun pwo drink with powerfull and I know it's ok because there are no carbs but if my intra work out drink contains 25g of carbs how long do I need to wait before I can start drinking it into my workout. I take the powerfull 30 min before I get to the gym. So how long do I need to wait so I don't diminish the effects of the powerfull. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

PF is recommended to be taken 1hr away from carbs, both before & after ingestion.
however, if you take PF 30-45min preWO, you should be good to go with that drink shortly after starting your training..even if the GH release is blunted somewhat, there are still other attributes of PF that will boost the session; you will just not be using the product to its full capability in the preWO timeframe.

Yeah the GH production is on the downhill side by 45 minutes after dosing but an hour is the golden standard so all of the gh that will be produce has occurred. GH production peaks 30 minutes after taking it then slowly drops over then next 30.

I had also read that another optimal time to take pf was an hour after your first morning meal. If I am trying to conserve to make the bottle last a little bit longer should I think about taking my first dose of pf after my post workout meal/breakfast and the second at night like usual.

First thing wake up drink no shotgun with 2 powerfull and nitrix. Hit the gym or run. Drink intra/post drink during training finish and take 1 ap. 15 min later drink waximaize/ creatine with additional supps( fish oil, cla, ala, beta alanine). Right after drink protien shake with banana,pb, evoo, whey. Next meal is 2 hrs later. And I take the other dose of powerfull at night before bed. 2 caps

okay, as for the PF dosing that's great, keep doing what you're doing, except increase the preWO dose to 3 caps..after 10 days, increase the bedtime dose to 3 caps as well.
the only way I dose 1hr following breakfast is when it's an 'off' training day but still a scheduled PF day. dig the fasted training protocol btw..try dosing an AP upon rising too - even tho you are not taking in any carbs, it will help the body utilize fat oxidization for energy to fuel that workout..this not only protects muscle stores from being fed on for energy, but becomes an incredible fat-loss scheme as well! follow the workout with your usual format, taking another AP prior to postWO feeding.

if it were me, I'd take your AP/PF/nitrix upon rising, NO shotgun 15min later, begin training 15min after that.
