that is an option..however, understand, that is like taking 1/2 the recommended dosage of of a multi-vitamin:
it's better than nothing, but may not be adequate enough.
PF used at night only should elevate gh levels, help you sleep, and aid in your recovery from stressful training.
like I said, this may be an option; I only caution due to the way you ask your question..seems as if you expect it to work the same as recommended dosing would work, to save on expense..bottom line, you can't skimp on things and expect the same results.
