I just bought 2 bottles of Powerfull and want to know how to incorperate it with my diet plan. I have read that I should avoid carbs within 1 hour before or after taking Powerful. I don't know if the Scivation Xtend amino has carbs? but it looks like I can take the Powerfull with my Jack and Xtend pre work out ( i work out on empty stomach), but i drink Xtend right after w/o, then wait 15 minutes so muscles can absorb Aminos first,,,,then have my post w/o shake. is this long enough after the pre w/o dose of Powerfull to have carbs(almost two hours) this asuming the Xtend is not full of carbs.
Then like a recent poster, I plan to eat my last carb meal about 3-4 hours before sleeping and I usually take a Caesin shake mixed with water( 1-2 carbs max) b4 sleep, when should I take my evening dose of Powerful? How many on w/o Day and how many on off days. Per week cycle: 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off???? how many bottles before I have to cycle off? Thank you for your help on this and I can't wait to Experience Powerfull for my self meal/supp goes like this: 4:00 a.m. 3 scoopJack & xtend empty stom.-2 scifit Krealklyn creatine, work out 1-1:15 hrs. 1 scoop xtend during post 2 scifit kretine, labrada efa,2 green tea xtract, scoop xtend amino/w 16 oz water- then Optim Nutrit gold std whey mixed w 16 oz. nf milk/honey- 45 grms. prot, 40 grms carb. 1 hr. later 1 cup lf cottag chse w/ 1 yoplait light yog. 2-3 hrs protein shake w nf milk 2-3 chicken wrap 2-3 shake 2-3 chicken wrap 1 scoop ON miscel caesin protein w/ water b4 bed |
