Long post but I'd appreciate answers from experienced users and USP reps so I know how to get the most out of PF.
I took my first dose (well 2 doses - one b4 workout and one b4 bed) last night. 2 caps each dose. I did not feel the huge pump that is advertised, but I half expected that as it was just my first dose (and would have been REALLY impressed if it happened). I took the PF about 45 mins b4 the workout and about 1hr after eating. Then I took the 2nd dose and went to bed.. Ummm, WOW - I'm one of those who never recalls dreams, but last night it felt like I dreamt the whole night. I have to say I woke up energetic, but I think the intensity and length of the dreams actually disturbed my sleep. My wife says I tossed and turned all night and was talking in my sleep. Pretty funny, she said she thought she heard me say 'nuttin but a peanut' a couple of times ![]() I'm also interested in the T boosting effects of Mucuna: Mucuna pruriens: more testosterone, more LH, less prolactin. Especially since it boosts LH; although T levels are at low to mid normal for me (hey, I'm 45 y/o ), LH has tested low several times over the past year.Questions: - After how many days should I expect the "huge pump"? - How many days until sleep settles down? - How many days until I start noticing strength gains in the gym? - USP refers to a "53% increase" in testosterone. Where is that study? - Where is the study showing the 221% increase in HGH? - Given a good bulking diet, what kind of lean body weight gains can I expect? - Finally, my main goals are to increase strength and mass over the long haul and would like to keep taking PF for as long as I can benefit from it. Would you recommend the 6 on 1 day off protocol, or a 5 on 2 off protocol? Is a 16 week cycle feasible with PF, or maybe even indefinite use? Thanks. |

Thanks for the responses! I realize(d) that many of the effects / results would be individualized -- was looking more for what other people have experienced, but I should have made that more clear.
I do have a bit of an update - felt great all day, but a bit tired. Luckily working from home today so I could crash over lunch. Libido is waaayyy up, and am pretty sure this isn't placebo especially after the dreams last night. I'm literally amazed so far as I've tried plenty of these types of supplements and none have really kicked-in so quickly, or as intensely. EDIT: In the product package, there was a card advertising this link for more info on PF: http://www.usplabsdirect.com/PFManual. The link appears to be broken. I'm taking 3 capsules pre-workout with Jack3d and 2-3 before bed. My question is I'm also taking a dose of ZMA with the bedtime dose. Should I take two Powerfull and my ZMA or 3 and the ZMA. I just finished my first bottle and love the recovery support and extra energy in the gym, especially when I work 11p-7a and workout afterwards.

What effect does powerfull have on women? I received my bottle today. I already take anabolic pump which I swear works and super cissus rx which is incredible. Are the effects as mind blowing for women as men? How should I stack my pills? I take 3 cissus rx and 1 ap in the morning, 1 ap in the afternoon and 2 super cissus rx and 1 ap at dinner. Where should I put powerfull? Before workout and before bed?

basically same effect as on men: increased GH levels promote better performance in training, better recovery, improved sleep, increased libido (yes, for women too!), improved body composition/fat-loss, clear skin.
