Default Very lethargic

I am taking powerfull before workouts (not at night) and AP before meals. After 2 weeks on, I am feeling very lethargic and I do look tired even though I sleep for 8 hours.
I took powerfull before without AP and I did not feel this way. Do u guys have any ideas?

Also - make sure that you are taking AT LEAST 40-50g of complex carbohydrate with each meal that you use Anabolic-Pump with.

AP 15 minutes before meal, not necessarily complex carbs could be a roast beef sandwich

gotchya now..I read that wrong before.
thought you were taking AP+PF both prior to meals..
you may want to give it another week, the body still may be adjusting. or, try taking PF prior to bed for awhile instead of before workouts, then add back in prior to training and continue with the bedtime dose as well.

I would personally attempt to get complex carbs though buddy... If you want a roast beef sandwich, use whole grain or Ezekiel bread...
