Thumbs up USPlabs PowerFULL Sample Dosing Schedule

USPlabs PowerFULL™ Sample Dosing Schedule


On training days: As a dietary supplement, 3 capsules 30 minutes before exercise, and 2 capsules before bed.

On non-training days: UPDATE 03/09 - As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules before bed.

UPDATE 03/09 - Dose 6 days on, 1 day off. Take 1 day off per 7 days of dosing. This off day should be a non-training day if able.


A.M. Trainer
6:00am – Eat Pre-workout meal.

6:30am - Take 3 USPlabs PowerFULL™ in preparation for training.

7:00am – Train.

12:00pm – Eat lunch meal.

9:30pm - Take 2 USPlabs PowerFULL™ in preparation for sleep.

10:00pm – Sleep.


P.M. Trainer
6:00am - Eat breakfast meal.

5:30pm - Take 3 USPlabs PowerFULL ™ in preparation for training.

6:00pm – Train.

10:30pm - Take 2 USPlabs PowerFULL™ in preparation for sleep.

11:00pm – Sleep.

if i life at say 7 or 6 pm and take powerfull half hour prior and go to bed at say 9 or 9:30 can i take powerfull again or is it too close?

Default PM workouts

Ok thats helpful. I am a PM workout person. I usually workout around 8pm and go to bed around 12. Should I take the 3 pills right before my workout and 2 before bed still? Do i need to take 3 and 2 or can I do 2 and 2? And how many hours should be between doses, is 3 hours enough?

Since your schedule is like that I would do it like this:

2 PowerFULL 30 minutes before breakfast

1 PowerFULL before your workout

2 PowerFULL before bed.

Default Powerfull

how long does it take to completely get into your system and at what times do certain effects become noticeable? Is there a "most important" dose of the day?

I would say that you will definitely feel effects of PowerFULL within the first week of usage. Don't worry about most important dosage; just worry about following the directions

Default so far so good

Ive finished my first 5 days and Im definetly noticed the sleep and sex part. working great in those areas. just waiting still on recovery and muscle related stuff..

Just wondering whether or not powerfull needed to be cycled during the week. So, 5 days on with 2 off, or can it just be taken every day for the period in which a person is on it?

If you are involved in some hardcore training/athletic events where recovery/GH-increase is preferred, I would recommend dosing every day, and just shorten the overall duration you'll run before you cycle off for awhile (i.e. 8weeks everyday/4 weeks off).
If you are not in serious training and just want to run it every day, follow the same guidelines as I stated above..
For most ppl, the 5 on/2 off guidelines work best.
