i won't be taking this until July, but I figured I'd ask the question now. I usually take a protein shake before going to bed (myofusion, i do it cause of the milk protein, which is 80% casein) but I read a few posts ago that powerfull shouldn't be taken if you have carbs within an hr of taking powerfull. so should i take my myofusion an hr before taking powerfull? i doubt 5g of carbs should do that much damage, but you guys are the experts so let me know. Thanks

no worries there, but as a general rule I don't like the whole idea of eating within 1-2hrs of bedtime, period. IMO, the best scenario here is, have your shake 1hr prior to bed, then take PF right before you close your eyes for the night.

hey it took a minute for that to hit me, but Myofusion before bed??
Decent protein complex, but I don't think it's best suited for bedtime protein ration on it's own unless you're throwing in some straight casein with it, or subsidizing with some good fats (TBS natty PB, coconut oil, etc.)

I prefer a small bowl of cottage cheese before bed.

Will a pre workout supplement like vitargo effect Powerfull? I've run out of vitargo, so i haven't had the chance to use both, but i have been having a couple of Powerfull with Prime and jack3d (with fantastic results) when i wake up early and 30mins later i'm at the gym.

I read that it is better to have a meal when taking PF in the morning, is this true?

I'm trying to workout the best way to dose Powerfull, along with prime for my schedule, where i wake up at 5.30am and hit the gym by 6am.

NO! PF needs to be dosed 1hr away from carb consumption.

I would recommend running fasted training with BCAA/EAA support pre/intra/post workout, then consuming a large breakfast when finished.

Default Dose schedual

I work at night so I'm planning on the following schedule.

Up at 11am eat meal take Prime
2:00 pre workout meal
3:00 2 or 3 caps Powerful
Workout from 3:30 to 4:30
4:35 PWO Shake Iso-Protein and Waxi
5:30 EFA complex crab and some protein
Dinner at 7:30 Prime caps
I’ll usually have dinner again at 11:00 when I get to work this is usually leftovers from dinner at 7 half a sweet potato and fish or chicken. I work outside all night on my feet so I need more carbs and calories to get through the night.
My last meal is around 3:00 .Whey protein maybe 10 carbs and EFA I was going to follow this with 2-Powerful caps an hour later. I'm hopefully off work at 5:00 am get home and sleep about 5 hours. Do you think I need more powerful maybe a dose when I get up before I eat or will that be too close to my workout dose? Or a dose around midnight or one o'clock? My main goal at this point is to lose some fat and maintain LBM.

I workout 2 on 1 off 2on 2 off I plan on scheduling Prime and Powerful 5 on 2 off.

Thanks for your input.

2 dosings/daily of PF is sufficient..I'd take 3 caps each dose.
your layout looks fine, one exception: I only see 2 dosing times for Prime..I would split this into 3 servings.
