sorry that last post made no sense, I'm new to the site....my question is, does this supplement always need to be taken on an empty stomach? For the bedtime dose it only says before bedtime...so I can have my casein shake with powerfull? and the instruction sheet says 6 days on and 1 off, but the bottle says 5 and 2, which one is it? thank you

The guidelines posted here are completely different than what's on the box. The main thing is, I want to get it right.
My schedule for most training days: Breakfast: 5 am Workout: around 5 pm Bed: around 9 pm Some days I workout at 6 am, with the rest staying about the same. What would be the best dosing schedule for those? And which is correct for non-training days, what's posted here or what it says on the box? Btw, I'm hugely impressed with the product after 5 days! |

That is because you are going into insulin shock. Well maybe not insulin shock but but there is a decent chance you are throwing you body all out of whack. High blood sugar makes you break out into sweats. If you are insulin resistant something like that could happen easily with maltodextrin. If you want to spend money on a supplement to achieve that shuttling into the muscle effect get Anaboic Pump and just eat Oat meal or sweet potato, you can even put a lil honey or spenda and cinnamon on it.
Too much Insulin is not a good thing. It has a nice anabolic side effect but also turns on the fat stores as well. Any excess insulin has a very negative impact on the body from high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesteral, heck up to and including death. Don't by another desigher carbohydrate get some Anabolic Pump or P-Slin and take the anabolism to another level while keeping your body healthier with less excess insulin. It will also help to correct your insulin resistance if you have it by timing the food and dosing correctly you can almost avoid the insulin therefore allowing the recepters to increase sensitivty again since they are no longer saturated. |
