Powerfull absorption

Hey guys, can i take powerfull just after food or do i have to take it on an empty stomach. Also can i take it with calcium like with milk before bed or does calcium effect Powerfulls absorption, only ask this as ZMA has sort of the same effects as powerfull and you have to take zma on empty stomach and no calcium

You need to take powerfull on an empty stomach or else it won't be absorbed good and the product will go to waste. Calcium does not affect the absorption of powerfull. It does with ZMA because the body will take in Calcium over Zinc and the Zinc will not be absorbed.

Agreed with Mankind -- I suggest taking 3 PowerFULL before your workout and 2 PowerFULL 30 minutes before your pre-bed meal.
