Default More good P-Slin workouts

So last night was legs and did a good P-Slin pre-workout meal and was rewarded even while in serious calorie deficit. New PR on squats, I am still learning and my form is getting better so I was happy with 250 ten times with no help from a spotter. And the fun just continued, great SLDL set and lunges, followed up by NASTY calf super set that had them so pumped I could barely walk. I can't believe I could see some vascularity in my calves ! P-Slin is serious stuff and allowing me to have serious strength gains while eating only 2200-2400 calories; unbelievable stuff. And did I say CRAZY pumps Batman, my quads were seriously made of steel after the squat set.

Holy Hamstrings BatMan! His quads were made of steel! You earn some cool points for working a Batman reference into your post!

Great workout, awesome stuff hitting PR's on low calories. Keep knocking it out of the box!

Well to keep things going and yet again reaffirm my love of P-Slin, I hit a PR on squat yesterday of 295; I did 6 reps though I can't say they were all complete BUT I did do 8 at 275 without any help right before. Keep in mind, up to that point in the day I was at a whopping 1350 calories (according to Fit Day) including pre-workout meal.

It seems the P-Slin before legs is a beautiful thing and really helps with my mid week higher carb day. Can't say enough about the workouts, strength is where it was with 3000+ KCals and the pumps are retarded, quads are like rocks after squats and leg press every time.
