no -- Pslin will not block GLUT-4 as AP does, and this is the main difference between them..Pslin is more appropriate for a large carb/nutrient load prior to exerting physical force..
sometimes I use it following a workout too, if my intake of carbs is 80g+. AP will work as well, but Pslin is pretty special and powerfull in it's own right
