Default Need Help On Nutrition on P-Slin

it came with the recommendation in the box but would it be better to take Whey Protein or eat a meal that consists of protein?....(also why Honey?, just curios)

P-Slin requires significant complex carbs to work otherwise there is no point to take it. Look at some of the other threads, you will see meals of 80-120 g of complex carbs are REQUIRED when you take P-Slin.

while there is no doubt that true food sources are superior, the macro/quality profile of that particular meal w/ protein powder is truly awesome (not to mention incredibly convenient). but no..you do not have to use a powdered protein for your source. I like to use lean beef/egg whites/fruit/oats combo for breakfast sometimes (my PREwo meal)..
honey is a great source of energy (among other things), and goes well with the 80/20 split we shoot for the carb composition (complex/simple carbs ratio).
