On training days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule fifteen minutes before your pre-workout meal. First got to say I just started on P-slin this past thur.2/12, I was weighing in at 174-178lbs...started my Prime dosing the next day on Fri.2/13. So far I got in a bic's & tric's w/o, delts w/o, legs w/o, and today back, the best w/o so far tody on my mini stack.
I take the P-slin @4:15am and @ 4:30 I take Prime dose with the Oxydrene and 800mg of beta alanine and eat a 400cal. burrito;19grm.-pro, 62grms.-carbs,9grm.-fat/1.5sat.,1grm.sugr w/ 2paks instnt oatmeal w/ 20grm. whey/casein/soy protein blend..then @ 5am I drop the recreate dose and jump in my gym at 5:30/545 for about 1hr...today I waited an extra 30min. to start my workout after the meal and my workout felt more on target ...maybe somehow my body needs the little extra time to process the p/slin and high carb intake along with the prime, I also dropped the oxydrene at same time with p-slin thinking maybe it'd absorb a little better on the empty stomach. I have been feeling fuller and tighter. When I jumped on the scale today I wasn't at all that surprised it read 184lbs.!!! a 6 -10lbs increase in 4 days WTF! and no it's not bf. still got great definition so I should still be well under 10%b.f.Out of all the crap I've used in the past the only thing that has proven itself has been the Oxydrene(it's kinda like a supercharger which optimizes my blood/tissue oxygen levels)...I am now totally psyched with the usplabs line I'm waiting to get my Jack3d tomorrow and cannot wait to finish my mini stack cycle and in a few weeks add some AP and powerfull into the mix... any suggestions on how to better adjust my dosing along with the jack3d would greatly be appreciated...YOU ROCK USP!!!!

Just take the Jacked at like 5:00 - 5:15 AM and you will be great. Awesome results!!!!!
