Default headache

every time i take pslin i get a bad headache

anyone else

I am sure I can help you make the headache go away. Answer me these questions:

1) How much water do you drink per day?

2) What do you eat after taking P-Slin?

3) When do you take P-Slin?

4) What do you eat post-workout?

i drink about about 2 litres of water per day
i uaually take my pslin in the morning, with a large bowl of poridge , a banana and a protein shake
Go to the gym and come back and to be honest just have another shake, as its still only 8 o clock and im pretty full up

ive actually stopped taking it Dex, cause the headaches last all day man

1. Try upping the water to 3 - 4 Liters.

2. Stop eating the banana (this is the most likely problem). Instead have some whole wheat bread with the porridge. There should be 80 - 100 g of carbs in your pre-workout meal.

3. Your post-workout shake should have about 60 g of carbs.

Try this again with the following things I recommended and you won't have any problems
