I agree. If you want to take PSlin preworkout then use oats.
If you want to use Waxy Maize Post workout then use AP 15 min before your workout ends. I know some people like WMS pre workout but I think you should use a slower-digesting carb. -triple |

I take one PSlin then 2 scoops of Waximaize pre workout.
My prework out drink goes like this: 2 scoops of syntha 6 by BSN with 2 scoops of Waximize. Works great for me!
