The directions are specific to using
that particular product only, not in a stack like you are..
So, 1 Pslin only prior to PreWO meal; AP 2-3 times thruout the day by itself. You can opt to use Pslin for breakfast on off days, or just run AP in it's place instead..
Now, if you are shooting for a serious mass cycle, and PreWO meal is very large in carbs (like say 125g+ or so),
then Pslin+AP can both be utilized for this meal. This is an advanced technique that I wouldn't recommend trying until you have run the products for awhile & experienced getting the feel of them..
