Default Little Help

I have a few questions but first let me give some background info on myself and how I found out about your company.

I compete in Judo and Bjj I have been doing so for 21 years, the last tournament I was at I shoulder locked this guy Chris he did not tap I heard and felt the pop and then the screaming. I stopped the match was over before they took him to the hospital I talked with him to see how bad it was. He was talking surgery. Four months later, I see Chris again at a tournament but he was huge and his shoulder was fine. I had to talk with him and see what was up and how he made it back to the mat so fast. He told me he had shoulder surgery the doctors told him it would be a year or so before he could get back on the mat. So I asked how was that he was back on the mat he said ups labs. Wrote down the web site and here I am.

So what can you do to help me, I’m looking to increase in size a little not much I’ve always had a hard time keeping weight on. It sucks to be in the lower middle end of your weight class (I hate cutting weight). I do use supplements Isopure for portion, I take Blue green algae, Sea salt and Acai berry, wheat grass Fish oil etc. you get the point. What I am looking for is something that will help me with my weight I am only looking to gain about five pounds.

If you have any suggestions or insight, I would love to hear it.

increase carbs and take Pslin before your workouts.

I would use P-Slin in conjunction with AP. This combo should increase your strength and endurance, while concurrently allowing you to pack on some weight from glycogen storage.

Add-in some PowerFULL for additional mass/strength.
