Post every Beta workout in this thread.
There are 2 phases. Phase 1: workouts 1-7 Dosage is 3 caps 15 minutes before pre workout meal Your choice to eat 1 1/2 hour or 1 hour before workout. Eat --60-100grams of Whole oats (start with 60grams for a few days and move up by 25gram incriments). If you are eating more than 50grams preworkout than stick to your normal amounts but switch to Whole oats. --Mix in 30-40grams of whey protein Phase 2: workout 8-14 Keep everything the same but Increase dose to 4 caps. Please note: --Energy and Endurance through out the workout --Strength --PUMP --Recovery between sets --Add any additional thoughts. Last edited by CEO@USPLabs; 05-03-2007 at 03:35 PM. |

Sounds good and again thanks for letting me test this. When do u wnat us to start, i received mine today so i didn't know if u wanted me to take it before i workout today. Also, im assuming this is only tobe taken on days u workout.

Ok so i took 3 caps and then 15 min later ate my 60g/40g carbs/protein. I was tired after work and around the time i was leaving for the gym i noticed an increase in wakefullness, not stimulant like but i just subtly felt a little more energized.
Now on to the workout, i definitely noticed decreased rest time b/t sets, i did back/bi's/abs , a workout that usually lasts around 50 min and i finished and was in my car in about 40 and my strength didn't decrease despite the shorter rest time. I also felt a little more left in the tank after my workout then usual, normally im completely worn out but i felt like i could have gone a little more. I didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary as far as pumps go. Not really sure what this product is or what its suppose to do so i don't know what exactly to look for but that above is what i noticed. This is my first workout using it. Another question, why specifically the oats/whey, is that what this product works best with. Before i started this thats what i ate most of the time but just curious. |

After pw shake my muscles felt really full, i got the nice wakeful feeling, and i had an extreme pump in my bi's, which i worked out today, also i looked leaner in the mirror despite the amount of calories i just consumed. So far so good, any more questions.
