Not normally, my bi's felt like they were about to rip through my skin and i felt like i was going to pull my bi muscle. Hopefully next workout i'll notice the pumps during my workout also.

still waiting on mine, but i wanna double check a few things.
currently on activate and rebound. i finished my pct but continuing this for a while.

i can stop the above if needed? also was planning on starting TNA but can postpone that too if required?

also no more stims pre gym right?
lastly, you want BOTH pre workout and post workout shakes to have carbs right? any time frame that is optimal between these two?

Activate and rebound are fine since you been on them for awhile. No stims please.

Keep postworkout nutrition exactly as you would normally do.

I am using physique for my post work out shake (which btw I love). Should I use it pre work out as well? I usually just used a no product in the past . http://www.shaklee.net/vitamins/product/20306 You can read what it does. I don't really need to give out info as that is not what this thread is for but I was just curious if this type of protein was ok? It is wpi and mpi.

You buy oats at the grocery store and its very cheap. YOu can use shakelee postworkout.

Package arrived today, good. I'll drop my stims (1,3 bulk, cytolean, basic cuts). What about berberine, vanadium, banaba, etc.? I have a real high tolerance to stims, can I start at 4 please? I said please Also are oats a must? I've been hydrolyzed using rice syrup and really liking it. Just asking, ready to oblige all requirements.

Beta Test - Workout #1


Preworkout Nutrition:-3 caps 20 min before meal
-1.25 cups - 100 g oats
-45 g protein isolate
-1hr 15 min preworkout

Training:
-Shoudlers/Traps

-Energy and Endurance through out the workout
I was fatigued from work and did not have much energy, but once I got going training went well
-Strength
Strength was down on DB shoulders press, most likely due to work earlier (moving furniture). As the workout went on strength picked up a bit and I made a PR on DB shrugs
-PUMP
Very full feeling, similar to AP. What a really noticed was when I got home and took my shirt off my upper body looked VERY full and swole. It has been about 45 min post and I still feel very full in my delts.
-Recovery between sets
Recovery felt good. Rest between sets was down while keeping strength up.

Post Workout Nutrition:-45 g WMS
-2 scoops Excell
-30 g Protein Isolate
