Hi - I always work out early am on an empty stomach, or a small protein shake an hour before hand (If I can wake up in time)
In this case P-Slin will not give me any advantage? I have been taking AP post workout, lunch and dinner meals when I actually eat complex carbs. Thanks |

You are taking the AP in a correct manner. What type of feelings are you getting from this?

I personally prefer a certain amount of flexibility in terms of how many capsules of Anabolic Pump and/or P-Slin I take daily. I always make it dependent on the amount (and type) of carbohydrates I intend to take. Sometimes, when I intend to consume more than 100gr - 150gr of carbohydrates in a meal, I take an Anabolic Pump first and then one P-Slin about five minutes later. Then eat about fifteen minutes later. I have never been disappointed by the results...
