I started taking P-slin last week on training days only.
I am not really noticing the same pump I get from AP. With AP I can feel it withing 1/2 hr or so. I can say that my strength over the last week has been up and I'm right on the verge of setting a few PR's. It is defintely possible that P-slin is playing a role in this. I was expecting even bigger pumps form P-slin than AP though. Any ideas why I'm not? |

The effects of glycogen storage can manifest themselves in a few areas. Strength, endurance/stamina, as well as the aforementioned aesthetic quality of a pump. It is possible P-Slin is diverting glucose more 'compactly' so to speak to your muscle bellies, thereby giving you greater strength than sans AP but not the same pump.

Bill please do not under estimate the amount of carbohydrates that need to be consumed with PSLIN. PSLIN is potent glucose disposal so if for example if you use 60grams with AP, you need about 100-120 with Pslin. |

i'm kinda retarded when it comes to complex carbs, so, in effect, I only eat a cup of white rice and equal amt. of sauted salmon 15 mins. after taking p-slin. is that enough complex carb. count for pslin to work?

I am trying to stack AP with P-Slin. Should I simply take one capsule for P-Slin in the morning, pre-workout, and wait at least 6-8 hrs., before I take one cap of AP, then take one more AP capsule 6-8 hrs., later or could I continue to take up to 3 caps of AP with one cap pf P-Slin?
