Default AP/Recreate/PowerFULL newbie stack questions.

Hi Guys,

First off some background - after being unhappy with my body I started at the gym just over two months ago. I go every second day, do ~25 mins of cardio, pushing the distance/speed every time to consistently get my heart pumping and into the "fat burning" window.

I've dropped 6KG's (in the EU, sorry US guys, you're gonna have to do some google conversions) - things feel tighter, my thighs are getting thinner, upper body looking good, muscle growth on shoulders/back/bis/tris... But still a bit of a fatty belly, and want RID of it!

After lots, and LOTS of research and reading I've taken the plunge and bought some supps:

Anabolic Pump
powerFULL
Recreate

Any advice on the dosing I should follow? I've read the guides and my problem is I work 9 - 5 and then immediately go to gym after work, so no 'big' pre workout meal.

Current routine/diet:
Breakfast: Oatmeal porridge with some fruit. Protein shake.
Lunch: Half of either a Salad with chicken breast or on workout days, wholemeal pasta or brown rice meal.
Mid afternoon: The other half of above
Immediately after workout: Protein shake
Dinner: Try and keep it meaty on gym days, steak and vegetables or stir fry chicken/pork and vegetables. Wholegrain/Brown Rice/Pasta meals.
Before bed: Protein shake

Since starting gym, completely cut out alcohol and junk food.

Age: 24
Height 5'8
Weight 71.7KG

As you can workout I have a 'healthy' BMI and nothing exceptional for my weight/height combo. But I do have this fat round my belly which I want to lose completely, and gain muscle all round.

I was initially doing 3 meals a day, but I just didnt have enough energy when I was at the gym after cardio, so broke my lunch in half. Half at lunchtime and half mid afternoon, which has helped.

Thanks for any advice/tips...

(btw, I feel like a hypochondriac now )

I would switch to doing high intensity interval training for your cardio to get rid of that excess fat. I think the whole fat burning zone thing is kind of stupid, and I know I definitely started dropping a lot more body fat when I switch to doing one minute sprint one minute jog than when I was trying to keep my heart rate in the target zone. Also, BMI doesn't really mean much, particularly if yo have any sort of muscle on you. A good majority of professional athletes would be considered overweight to severely obese by that scale.

Yes, ofcourse BMI is an indicator for general population. Just to give some background to my physique I put that in. When I reach my goals I fully understand my BMI could say I'm overweight.

Considering my work/food schedule any advice on dosing?

Oh, and one other question for USPLabs guys, if ordering via USPlabsdirect to Europe, what are the delivery costs like? Thanks!

Ireland.

Do you send samples to Europe? Wouldn't mind testing SuperCissus Rx - what I've read about it is incredible.

From what I understand, the BMI was not even developed for what they use it for. I got down to 8 percent bodyfat once and they still considered me overweight, lol.

As for supp timing, I get up 20 minutes early to dose AP and recreate before breakfast. Then I throw in recreate 6 hours later before a meal. Ap is taken 3 times, before breafast, lunch, and dinner. I also take Prime with those meals. Then PowerFULL before bed.

Hi Casey, that's a shame!

Well, I tried following through the online purchase through usplabsdirect, but amongst the "REQUIRED" fields is state, even when selecting a country outside the US.

Any suggestion for those outside the US to order online?
