Question Also need help with cutting fat and keeping muscle.

I need a little help with my diet.
I am 5'11" 220lbs high 20%bodyfat
I workout in the morning at 5am Mon. Wed. Fri. and 7pm Tues and Thur.
I have just started to take USPPrime a week ago.
I also take creatine mono and a multivitamin that is all my supplements. Do I need to add something?
I follow the nutrition plan for bulking close.
Should I add any cardio. I run on the treadmill to warm up five minutes high intensity.
My ideal weight is 195-205 cut.

People say I should just bulk then lose it. And some say just lose the weight the start weight training. Would the bulking plan described in the book of 3865Cal be to much for me.

Yeah if you're gonna cut fat you definitely want to add cardio. I would say go with 3000 calories for now. Yeah look into Anabolic Pump so you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time even better.
