    Hi, I private messaged you a few weeks back. I was 437, decided to stop killing myself with fast food and started the body for life -6 sml. meals a day , 3 days of cardio and 3 days of lifting, alternating every other day. The body for life instructs whole upper body in 1 hour with 1 minute rest between sets. like this 1st 12 reps 60% of max, 2nd 10X70%,3rd 8x80%,4th 6x90-100% of max-then back up to the weight of your 3rd set try for 12 or to failure, then straight to 12 of another exercise for the same bodypart(like the first 5 sets of bench press then w/out rest straight to 12 flys-then dun w chest onto back,shoulders ect. each week you do upper body on say mon & fri. , then legs same way on wed. then the next week you flip and do lower body m-f and upper body on wed. with cardio every other day(6 days 1 rest day and free eating day) I did this for the first month back in gym, till i found noxplode,then switched to Jack3d after finding out all the crap in Xplode. With this crazy energy and pumps i cant stop lifting, i went from an hour circuit like BFL to 3 exercises for each body part and still wanted to lift more after almost 2 hours. This is on an empty stomach( i wo at 4:00 am) Thank you so much for recommending Scivation xtend. It has made such a big differance in endurance with pre,sipping during, and 2 scoops post-then my protein shake 15 min after. I was over training with whole upper body routine, so i want your advice....What I do now is Mon. chest &tri, tue cardio, wed Legs abs calves,thur cardio, fri back,bi, shoulders, forearms, sat sun cardio if i can . In the past two weeks of this split I can see more muscle than before. when i started 4 weeks ago i was 45% bodyfat, 2 weeks ago i was 43 % and this week im at 41.3%. the scale only shows i lost 4 lbs. so i must be adding muscle weight.All this to say do you think this is a sound plan to lose BF and ad muscle, I love lifting dont care much for cardio. Or do you have any tweeks you think i should make. my meal/supp goes like this:
    4:00 3 scoopJack & xtend empty stom.-2 scifit Krealklyn creat,tribilus test (750 mg)
    w/o 1-1:15 hrs. 1 scoop xtend during
    post 2 scifit kretine,1 tribilus, labrada efa,2 green tea xtract, scoop xtend amino/w 16 oz water- then Optim Nutrit gold std whey mixed w 16 oz. nf milk 45 grms. prot, 34 grms carb.
    2-3 hrs later 1 cup lf cottag chse w/ 1 yoplait light yog.
    2-3 hrs protein shake w nf milk
    2-3 chicken wrap
    2-3 shake
    2-3 chicken wrap
    1 scoop ON miscel caesin pro w/ water b4 bed
    sorry its so long, but im almost finished with Tribilus test. and want to cycle off and was thinking of trying to include AP and/or Powerful. at 379 i obviously have about 150lbs of fat to lose. My funds are such that the asteroid stack is not do able, so i may only be able to choose AP or powerful, but maybe both if i get a good deal somewhere. any advice would be great, thank you for your help. ( i used to work with Justin whose in your ads right now- he's a grown alot since last year thanx to asteroid stack- he's partly the reason i decided to get back to the gym!) God Bless Rich

    NEW TO THE FORUM, NOT SURE IF YOU'LL GET THIS BUT WILL TRY AGAIN.
    I JUST BOUGHT ASTEROID STACK, AND STARTED IT ON MONDAY. I AM TYPE 1 GAIN FAT EASILY. I HAVE ALWAYS DONE WELL ON CLOSE TO ZERO CARBS AS POSSIBLE TO GET CUT UP. NO ENERGY PROBLEMS ON LOW CARBS, ALSO TOOK ECA STACK. I AM GIVING THIS USP A SHOT IN HOPES OF GAINING SOME SOLID MASS. I HAVE READ ALL THE LITERATURE AND I THINK I AM DIETING RIGHT. AFTER 4 DAYS, THE ONLY THING I AM EXPERIENCING IS A HEADACHE, ( LOL ). AND LACK OF MOTOVATION
    THE DIET: 20 MIN B-4 MEAL 1 AP
    MEAL 1. PROT & WAXY MAISE 2 PRIME & 3 POWERFULL
    I DRINK AT LEAST 1 TO 1.5 GALS WATER A DAY
    THEN OFF TO THE GYM

    MEAL2 .POST WORKOUT, PROT & WAXY 2TBSP PEANUT BUTTER

    20 MIN B-4 MEAL 3 AP

    MEAL 3. 8oz CHIKEN OR FISH OR VERY LEAN BEEF, BROWN RICE, MAYBE 1oz CASHEWS 2 PRIME

    MEAL 4. SAME AS 3 MAYBE YAMS FOR CARBS
    20 MIN B-4 MEAL 5 AP

    MEAL 5.SAME AS 3 OR 4 2PRIME

    MEAL 6. GOOD CLEAN FOOD, STOP CARBS AFTER 6PM
    I WILL HAVE A CHEAT DAY ONCE A WEEK. PROBABLY A WHOLE PIZZA. YEA MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INPUT YOU HAVE. I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A CALL BACK FROM USP, ITS BEEN 5 DAYS.

    hey man hows it going had a couple more 2 more questions bro.

    1. is this a good work out guide. Take a protein shake and 3 primes before a work out and then after work out take a creatine shake? is it also safe to take 3 primes then 2 at lunch then 2 at dinner.

    Hey man, just had a question before I hit the sack.. Tomorrow I'll be starting my Asteroid stack.. And I will do as instructed by you, AP 15 min. prior to pre workout meal, then powerfull 1 hour later, then train 30 min. after that...

    Now my question is, should I take Prime with my PRE WORKOUT meal or POST WORKOUT meal...? My Pre and Post will both be my breakfdast... so, I was jw.

    I'm thinking take it with PRE workout meal...

    O_o, and I got an extra 33% Prime! whoot, little surprise that made my day... scoreeee! xD

    I just started taking Recreate about a week ago....now I'm trying to meet the weight requierment for the military and I weigh 300lbs and I have to drop down to atleast 250lbs in a matter of like 3 or 4 months.....I need help on what to do to drop all this weight......I'm also thinking about buying the Anobolic Pump and the Jack3d......I wake up at 11 a.m. every day and I'm at the gym by like 12 p.m. or 1 p.m.....need help!

    thanks for the answer snag!! got my 2nd bottle.of prime..usp products are a must for me now...no doubt about it...the only thing i m doing is alternating pre-workout jack3d and other.....just to make a change

    Hey thanks for the reply. But are you sure that doxycycline and anabolic pump have no interactions or do you just think that they wouldn't? Ill probably start taking it tomorow.

    whats up snag thanks for all your help...glad u suggest me to use prime instead of tribex....tribex is good but nothing i ve tried is comparable to prime yet !!!! thanks i should receive my ap tomorow...so i will be on the asteroid stack..have a nice day man keep up your good work!!!
