Hi, I private messaged you a few weeks back. I was 437, decided to stop killing myself with fast food and started the body for life -6 sml. meals a day , 3 days of cardio and 3 days of lifting, alternating every other day. The body for life instructs whole upper body in 1 hour with 1 minute rest between sets. like this 1st 12 reps 60% of max, 2nd 10X70%,3rd 8x80%,4th 6x90-100% of max-then back up to the weight of your 3rd set try for 12 or to failure, then straight to 12 of another exercise for the same bodypart(like the first 5 sets of bench press then w/out rest straight to 12 flys-then dun w chest onto back,shoulders ect. each week you do upper body on say mon & fri. , then legs same way on wed. then the next week you flip and do lower body m-f and upper body on wed. with cardio every other day(6 days 1 rest day and free eating day) I did this for the first month back in gym, till i found noxplode,then switched to Jack3d after finding out all the crap in Xplode. With this crazy energy and pumps i cant stop lifting, i went from an hour circuit like BFL to 3 exercises for each body part and still wanted to lift more after almost 2 hours. This is on an empty stomach( i wo at 4:00 am) Thank you so much for recommending Scivation xtend. It has made such a big differance in endurance with pre,sipping during, and 2 scoops post-then my protein shake 15 min after. I was over training with whole upper body routine, so i want your advice....What I do now is Mon. chest &tri, tue cardio, wed Legs abs calves,thur cardio, fri back,bi, shoulders, forearms, sat sun cardio if i can . In the past two weeks of this split I can see more muscle than before. when i started 4 weeks ago i was 45% bodyfat, 2 weeks ago i was 43 % and this week im at 41.3%. the scale only shows i lost 4 lbs. so i must be adding muscle weight.All this to say do you think this is a sound plan to lose BF and ad muscle, I love lifting dont care much for cardio. Or do you have any tweeks you think i should make. my meal/supp goes like this:
4:00 3 scoopJack & xtend empty stom.-2 scifit Krealklyn creat,tribilus test (750 mg)
w/o 1-1:15 hrs. 1 scoop xtend during
post 2 scifit kretine,1 tribilus, labrada efa,2 green tea xtract, scoop xtend amino/w 16 oz water- then Optim Nutrit gold std whey mixed w 16 oz. nf milk 45 grms. prot, 34 grms carb.
2-3 hrs later 1 cup lf cottag chse w/ 1 yoplait light yog.
2-3 hrs protein shake w nf milk
2-3 chicken wrap
2-3 shake
2-3 chicken wrap
1 scoop ON miscel caesin pro w/ water b4 bed
sorry its so long, but im almost finished with Tribilus test. and want to cycle off and was thinking of trying to include AP and/or Powerful. at 379 i obviously have about 150lbs of fat to lose. My funds are such that the asteroid stack is not do able, so i may only be able to choose AP or powerful, but maybe both if i get a good deal somewhere. any advice would be great, thank you for your help. ( i used to work with Justin whose in your ads right now- he's a grown alot since last year thanx to asteroid stack- he's partly the reason i decided to get back to the gym!) God Bless Rich
